We have a 30-day parts warranty and a 6-month warranty on the battery. We have a no return, no refund policy which is why we have our parts warranty.

We will help you by getting in touch with the manufacturer and getting a solution to any issue that you may have. We are here for you. ShippingThere are NO SHIPPING FEES fees involved with placing an order within the continental United States. All orders ship for FREE to your door, the only price you pay is for your scooter as listed on the webpages. A phone number is required when placing an order, this is required by the delivery companies. Items ship either by DHL or "R & L Carriers". If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping charges will be required to ship the items by FedEx by air or ship. Please contact us for a quote before you order if you live in these two states. |
